What's on the back of your business card?

As many of you saw in a recent post by me, I was in the process of re-designing my new business card format a few weeks ago and decided from some comments that I received and also read about that it would be a good idea to put something on the back of my own business card!  I got the idea I used from an agent in Ocean City, Maryland (Mary McCracken) that I met a few summers ago while on vacation!  The phrase she had on the back of her card stuck out in my mind and I still have her card today in case I run into someone who is ready to buy at our local beach/resort area!  I would have linked her profile in this post, but I don't believe she has finalized creating her profile here on AR yet!  I hope you don't mind that I'm using the first phrase that you had on the back of your card Mary!  Below is what I decided to put on my card in BOLD is what I borrowed from Mary:

3rd Annual Halloween Pet Costume Contest - Long and Foster Real Estate - Perry Hall - Maryland

After 3 1/2 long days of rain, the sky evenutally cleared up for the 3rd Annual Halloween Pet Costume Contest and Parade and it was a great success!  Please feel free to comment on which costume you thought was the BEST!  Enjoy the pictures of the event below (these were my favorites)!  P.S. Customer Follow Up Program! Is it Really FREE? Have You Signed Up?

I first learned about the LOWES REALTOR BENEFITS PROGRAM last year when it first came out and at that time it still had a couple glitches with the program so I had not been back since, UNTIL YESTERDAY! 

I went back to LOWESREALTORBENEFITS.COM and discovered tons of NEW and improved resources for ALL agents to use!  For those of you not familiar with the program, LOWE'S offers to send direct mail marketing materials WITH YOUR OWN PICTURE AND CONTACT INFORMATION on cards to your clients!  They have cards that you can:

  • Send to your recent home buyers who may have just settled on their new home that welcomes them into the neighborhood and also gives them a few coupons good at the participating LOWE'S Stores!
  • Send to your recent visitors and prospective buyers that you may be working with or may have met from a recent open house with the same type of coupons!
  • Send to your upcoming and present sellers that will be or have just listed their homes on the market with the same type of coupons!

They also have 2 NEW features that I found since my last visit!  One section is called NEWS YOU CAN USE where they have articles like "9 Tips On How To Successfully Stage Your Home" and others.  And the other NEW feature allows you to SEND A PUBLICATION to your clients too!  From what I understand, the publication has your contact information on it too!

I think this is an EXCELLENT TOOL that ALL AGENTS CAN BENEFIT FROM USING and the best part about the whole program is it's FREE!  What do you have to lose by using it?  If I just moved into a new home, I would love to get a coupon worth 10% off my purchase at LOWES because I know I would be making several trips to my local home improvement store for tons of NEW things!

Have any of you used this program?  What is the response you have gotten from your clients from it?  Have you seen any of the materials in person that they mail out and are they of good quality?
