I highly recommend taking the time to read "HIGH TRUST SELLING" by Todd Duncan when you get a chance.  It is a real easy read, especially when you are on vacation (if you ever get one)!  This book has really helped me focus on what is really important in this business that we are in.  If you want to get some quality ideas to improve the way you conduct your real estate business and want to do it the RIGHT way, you will love this book.  If anyone else has read it, feel free to post your comments!
