• Garbage Pick-up and Waste Disposal:  Trash pick-up times vary by neighborhood.  The phone number to determine a pick-up schedule is (410) 887-2000.  For bulk waste disposal, the Eastern Sanitary Landfill is located at 6259 Days Cove Road, one mile east of the 11400 block of Pulaski Highway.  Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., except holidays.  For information about what materials are accepted, dial (410) 887-2000.
• Animal Control:  The phone number to report animal problems is (410) 887-5961.

Parks

• Honeygo Run Regional Park is the "crown jewel" of Perry Hall's park system.   This 149-acre park is located at 9033 Honeygo Boulevard, between Ebenezer and Joppa Roads.  It includes three ball diamonds, three athletic fields, a 13,000-square-foot recreation center, two picnic pavilions, a playground, and an extensive trail system.   It opened in the summer of 2004.
• Cowenton Ridge Park is located at 8914 Cowenton Avenue.  This 25-acre park includes a playground, two athletic fields, and a trail system.  It opened in the fall of 2005.
• Gunpowder Falls State Park borders Perry Hall to the north.  The 18,000-acre park is actually spread across Baltimore and Harford Counties in several segments.  The part closest to Perry Hall can best be reached off Belair Road.  One of the more interesting landmarks in the state park is the historic Jerusalem Mill Village.  The Jerusalem Mill, once the center of a Quaker village in the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Centuries, has been carefully restored.  There are special historic exhibits and outdoor demonstrations.
• Marshy Point Nature Center is located at 7130 Marshy Point Road, in Baltimore County's Dundee and Saltpeter Creeks Park.  The 500-acre site includes dense marshlands, wetlands, and tidal creeks on the Chesapeake Bay.  Marshy Point Nature Center offers educational and recreational programs throughout the year.
• Perry Hall Park is located along Honeygo Boulevard between Forge and Cross Roads.  It includes athletic fields and a playground, and opened in 2007.
